1. Independent Technical Utility
Link2Video is an independent, non-affiliated technical tool developed to facilitate the browser-based downloading and offline viewing of publicly accessible online media streams. We are not an official partner, licensee, or affiliate of any media host or social network.
2. Non-Affiliation and Trademark Notice
Link2Video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates.
The terms "Facebook", "Meta", "YouTube", and "Google", along with all associated logos, icons, wordmarks, and trade dress, are registered trademarks and property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to these brands on our website is purely for descriptive, non-commercial identification purposes to inform visitors about the third-party platforms our utility supports.
3. User Responsibility & Copyright Adherence
Link2Video does not host, store, or archive copyrighted media files on our web servers. Our service functions purely as a conduit that processes URLs provided directly by the user to query public endpoints.
Users bear sole responsibility for ensuring that any content they choose to download complies with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property rights, and terms of service. You must only download media for personal, non-commercial offline access, and only if you have appropriate authorization, rights, or lawful grounds to do so.
4. Third-Party Availability and Technical Dependencies
Our service relies upon publicly accessible media streaming protocols provided by external platforms. Because third-party platforms frequently update their architectures, security protocols, and compression codecs:
- We do not guarantee that all video links will successfully parse or download.
- Available resolutions, audio bitrates, and video containers depend entirely upon what the source platform serves for that specific video.
- Certain videos (such as private, age-gated, region-blocked, or DRM-protected streams) cannot be downloaded.
5. No Warranties & Uptime Disclaimer
The service is provided strictly "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We make no warranty that Link2Video will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or without temporary outages.
